Performance and pressure follow a predictable pattern

The difference between high performance and burnout isn’t pressure — it’s how well its understood and managed.

The goal isn’t to remove pressure — it’s to operate in the zone of healthy, sustainable performance

We help people and organisations do this by:

  • measuring, quantifying and providing insight into stress risk to enable preventative action

  • strengthening how individuals and leaders respond to pressure and stress.

  • designing workplaces and ensuring good person - environment fit to reduce unnecessary strain

A woman in a black floral dress and blazer, standing with hands clasped in front, smiling, against a plain white background.

I’ve got 20 years of experience of working with organisations across over 30 countries.

I’ve spent my career helping people build self-awareness and enhance their performance — working with hundreds of leaders, teams and organisations around the world. This has given me deep insight into how workplaces function, the challenges leaders face and what people need to thrive.

Today, my work focuses on helping organisations sustain high performance under pressure without burnout, misfit or hidden stress risk.

With a background in occupational psychology and psychometric assessment, my work is grounded in rigorous psychological science and motivated by my own personal experience of burnout.

That is why I care deeply about early detection, practical intervention and meaningful impact.

I believe people can thrive at work without sacrificing their health and organisations can succeed without burning out their people.
