Rachel Austen is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in psychometric assessment, leadership development and burnout prevention. She has more than 20 years of experience working with organisations across over 30 countries.

Prior to founding her own company in 2015, Rachel worked for two leading consultancies in the field — SHL and Mercer, including 10 years based in Asia. During this time she led consulting teams and large global leadership development and succession management programmes for top FTSE 100 organisations.

Throughout her career Rachel has conducted hundreds of leadership assessments and coaching sessions, working right the way up to C-suite level. She has delivered projects in over 20 different countries and across a wide range of industries which enables her to work effectively across diverse cultural contexts.

Her work now focuses on helping organisations take a systemic and data-driven approach to managing risk from stress, leveraging her proprietary assessment tool called AURA.

Rachel delivers workforce assessment programmes, skill-building workshops and advisory services, equipping employees, teams and leaders with the insights and capabilities they need to sustain their energy and performance under pressure.
